P5KC Registry

To get your petz registered, fill out one of the forms below. You pet must be one of the breeds we accept. Don't worry if you aren't sure of the breed standard, our registers will take care of that. Within a few days you should receive a reply with your P5KC#. Hold onto this! You will need it whenever you enter a P5KC show.
